1/2 lb ground beef
2 3/4 cups water
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 lb Velveeta
Instructions
Brown gound beef in a large skillet; drain. Add water, ketchup, onion powder, and garlic; bring to a boil. Add macaroni and simmer for about 10 minutes. Melt in Velveeta and serve.
