Recipe
2 cups mild cheddar cheese
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
12 oz lager or cider
Instructions
On the stove, melt butter and add flour to make a quick rue. Add lager/cider in saucepan. When hot, not boiling, add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and 1 cup each of cheese. Once cheese is mostly melted add remaining 2 cups of cheese. Pour into heated fondue pot and enjoy.
