1 Ready Crust reduced fat graham craker pie crust
1 package (4 serving size) sugar-free lime flavor gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
12 oz key lime pie flavor light yogurt
8 oz fat-free whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
In a large, heat-resistant bowl, dissolve getatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt with whisk. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish as desired.

Variation: Other yogurt/gelatin flavors may be used.
