Oreo Dessert

2 boxes (5.85 oz each) nstant chocolate or white pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
20 Oreo cookies, chopped

Combine pudding with milk and mix with electric mixer on low, for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese and mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Add Oreo cookies. Chill and store in refrigerator.
