Recipe
2 heads iceberg lettuce
Green onions, chopped
Wonton skins
Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded/diced

Dressing
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup peanut oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
Cut wonton skins in half and fry in oil until crispy, set aside. Combine salad ingredients. Toww with dressing and add wontons just before serving.
