Mike's Easy Meatloaves

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup water
2 beaten eggs
1 package Stove Top Stuffing Mix, chicken flavor
1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix ground beef, water, eggs, stuffing mix, 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce and onion. Shape meat mixture into 4 oval loaves on foil-covered baking sheet. Top with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake for 30 minutes or until loaves are no longer pink in center. Makes 8 servings.
