12 slices white bread
Bacon or sausage
1 cup chredded cheddar cheese
7 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Trim crust from bread; place 6 slices in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover with bacon or sausage. Place remaining bread over meat. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, 45 minutes at 325°. Uncover for final 15 minutes. Let stand 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
